Community rules
1. What is not allowed
- Harassment, bullying or threats, including messages that continue after someone asks you to stop.
- Hate speech: attacks on people for their religion, ethnicity, gender, sexuality, disability or similar.
- Sexual content, and any sexual content involving a minor (reported to the authorities).
- Sharing someone's private information (phone number, address, live location) without their consent.
- Spam, scams, fake listings and impersonating another rider or a business.
- Encouraging self-harm, or promoting illegal street racing or dangerous riding on public roads.
- Anything illegal in Bangladesh or where you live.
2. How to report
- A chat message: press and hold the message, then tap Report.
- A rider: open their profile (in a chat, tap their name at the top), tap ⋮, then Report User.
- A forum post or a shared ride: tap ⋮ on the post or ride, then Report.
Pick a reason and add details if they help. The rider you report is not told who reported them.
3. How to block
Open the rider's profile, tap ⋮, then Block User. A blocked rider cannot message you, follow you or see your followers-only rides,. You can unblock in Settings → Privacy & Safety → Blocked users. Blocking does not send a report; do both if the rider broke these rules.
4. A person reviews every report
Every report is read by a person at ThrottleIQ, not only by software. We review each report within 24 hours of receiving it. To review a reported chat message, the reviewer reads that message and the messages around it; we do not read conversations nobody reported.
5. What happens next
Depending on how serious it is and whether it has happened before, we take one or more of these actions:
- No action, when the content does not break these rules.
- Warning by email to the rider.
- Content removed.
- Suspension: the account cannot sign in for a set time, usually 7 days.
- Ban: the account is closed for good. Threats of violence, sexual content involving a minor, and repeat offences after a suspension lead straight to a ban.
If you are in danger now, call 999 (Bangladesh) or your local emergency number first. ThrottleIQ is not an emergency service.
6. Questions and appeals
Email hello@blankframe.tech to ask about a report or to appeal an action taken on your account. Write from the address you signed up with.
